A crocodile cloud

A crocodile cloud

A crocodile cloud

A crocodile cloud

Munching on the sky

I’ll ask you to eat me

Eat me alive

Take me between your teeth

Swallow me inside

Only let me slumber

Let me close my eyes

Your wisps of water pocketed

Along a white forked spine

I’ll lie along your belly

And listen for your sigh

Hold my dreams against you

Maybe let me cry

Blanket me in sunset

Colors dripping off your side

Crawl me to a brighter place

Let’s sweep across the sky

Soft monster be my savior

My shield floating high
